Job Description: - Position: Imaging Specialist Location: SFO, CA (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Must Have Python, Dicom or computer vision. Mandatory Skill - Python, Image Analysis, Computer Vision, DICOM, Description: Experience with Image Analysis & Computer Vision Develop algorithm to extract meaningful insights from DICOM Data Develop Python scripts for automating data ingestion, curation, qc, analysis Prepare image data in support of algorithmic development and data workflows Continually search for opportunities to automate workflows and streamline processes Reporting on imaging assets to business stakeholders. Documentation of workflows using Google Docs, Confluence, etc. Work with scientists, contractors, and IT staff to curate, organize, and document clinical images from Genentech and Roche trials Support data integration efforts across diverse data sources Support development of Machine Learning/Deep Learning (ML/DL) algorithms and pipelines using the image data Continually search for opportunities to automate workflows and streamline processes Required Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar discipline; Master of Science preferred Experience with clinical imaging in multiple therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Ophthalmology and Neurology Experience with medical/clinical image data analysis techniques Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, etc. Some experience with database applications Experience with medical image formats (e.g., DICOM, nifti) is required Experience with ML/DL a plus Understanding of clinical trials a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Key Technical/Domain skills DICOM expertise Python AWS Thanks Prashant https://www.linkedin.com/in/prashantpbh/ Keywords: machine learning information technology California http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=603374&uid= |
