Your primary focus will be evaluating existing code base, design and review changes required, and implement performance improvements.  You will work closely with the Solutions Architect and other React.js developers to improve overall UX performance.            Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and semantic HTML.            Thorough understanding of React.js, its core principles, and workflows.            Experience with React Hooks, such as useState, useEffect, useReducer, and Redux.            Experience with DevExpress controls and react-beautiful-dnd is a plus.
