As a ServiceNow Portal Developer with UI/UX experience, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-centric self-service portals within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in front-end development, user interface design, and user experience principles will play a pivotal role in enhancing the way our users interact with and navigate through ServiceNow portals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Web Design, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or Portal Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ServiceNow portal and UI/UX development work. Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Experience with ServiceNow portal development and Service Portal widgets. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design. Familiarity with ServiceNow's UI/UX design patterns and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement complex UI designs while maintaining performance and responsiveness. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple development projects and tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and integration capabilities is a plus.
