Develops design, installation, test, and inspection criteria for equipment and suppliers. Inspects new installations to ensure they meet specifications, and makes recommendations to modify current installations when needed. Defines, develops, and maintains an asset maintenance plan. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
