At least seven (7) years of working experience in the Information Technology or Information System (IT/IS) fields with extensive experience in scheduling for large projects in the role of Scheduler or Schedule Manager, including but not limited to initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and/or closing scheduling processes on projects. 2. At least three (3) years of experience developing or managing a schedule and/or sub schedules with at least 1,000 schedule line items. 3. At least three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Project to create and manage detailed project schedules. 4. Project Management Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certificate or an equivalent certificate in scheduling as evidenced by a copy of the certificate. Desirable Technical Qualifications It is desirable for the proposed project person to have the following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities as evidenced by Attachment II, Proposed Project Person Skill Summary Sheet and resume: 1. Two (2) years or more of providing scheduling services for a California State or federal agency. 2. Five (5) or more years of scheduling experience on IT systems integration projects involving resources from multiple business areas and a project team size of at least 20 people. 3. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate as evidenced by a copy of the certificate. 4. Bachelors degree from an accredited or government sanctioned college/university in a related field as evidenced by a copy of the diploma.
