Job role: PeopleSoft HCM Programmer Analyst Location: San Bernardino, CA (Day One Onsite) Duration: Contract C2c Experience and Education: Responsibilities: Designing, implementing and testing HCM application involving new features and functionality from functional requirements. Maintenance, support, design, development, and implementation of HCM application. Developing and maintaining applications and modules related to Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Benefits Administration, ePerformance and Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway modules. Database design in Oracle, SQL and formulating advanced SQL queries. Developing new and maintaining existing Database ETL processes and reports. Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in team environment, and communicate with clients. Strong time management and multitasking skills; ability to handle changes in business requirements and set priorities across multiple projects. Required Skills: Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite - Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, AWE, Query, etc. Advanced PeopleCode experience. Experience with COBOL, Application Packages, Component Interface, Fluid Development, HTML5, and CSS. Advanced SQL experience on an Oracle database. Experience selectively adopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images. Experience reducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and Drop Zones. Strong understanding of SDLC. Understanding of code versioning tools. Troubleshooting, analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
