He/She participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements. This position provides input to applications development project plans and integrations. He/She collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. This position provides knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance. He/She provides input to department and project teams on decisions supporting projects. Responsibilities: Performs systems analysis and design. Designs and develops moderate to highly complex applications. Develops application documentation. Produces integration builds. Performs maintenance and support. Supports emerging technologies and products. Minimum Qualifications: Experience with Agile Development and C# .Net Experience in full stack development Experience in mobile development (Xamarin) Experience in architecture and design with a proven track record of creating and supporting new large scale/operationally critical software products. Leadership skills including big picture/strategic thinking, and talent management including mentoring junior developers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
