Job Duties: Collaborate with key HCM, Talent, Compensation, Payroll and other business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements. Determine which requirements can be satisfied by delivered Workday reports and which need to be custom developed. Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements. Undertake unit testing and work with business users for UAT and deployment into Production. Skills and Qualifications: Atleast 3 years of Workday HCM Reporting experience required Strong understanding of Workday functional areas of HCM and Payroll. Strong experience in developing advanced, matrix and composite reports Deep knowledge of calculated fields Must have worked with business user in advising, designing and developing reports Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation within Workday Ability to interact with executive level stakeholders, manage expectations, provide regular updates and conduct steering committee meetings. Excellent communication skills.
