This role involves ensuring the effective deployment, monitoring, and optimization of Cloudflare's services to enhance the security, performance, and reliability of web applications and services. Responsibilities: Configuring and managing Cloudflare settings for various web properties and applications. Monitoring and analyzing traffic patterns to identify potential security threats or performance issues. Collaborating with the security team to implement firewall rules, DDoS protection, and other security measures. Optimizing caching strategies to improve website performance and reduce load times. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to Cloudflare services. Keeping up-to-date with Cloudflare's latest features and updates, and assessing their potential impact on the organization's infrastructure. Collaborating with other IT and development teams to ensure smooth integration of Cloudflare services. Participating in incident response and resolution for security-related incidents. Requirements: Proven experience with Cloudflare services and configurations. Familiarity with web security practices and technologies, such as DDoS mitigation, WAF, and SSL/TLS. Strong understanding of DNS, CDN, and web optimization concepts. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
