Position: Product Manager Location: (Remote) Duration: 12+ Month Job Description: The primary responsibility of the Product Manager is to drive development of SaaS products from conception through launch and beyond. This person sets priorities, captures requirements, and defines user stories and acceptance criteria. This role is the principal conduit through which requirements flow between customers and the product development teams. The Product Manager has a blended skill set of technical, business cumen and marketing. Responsibilities: Manage next generation APIs for Inseego clients. Oversee feature development and product improvement for developers in partnership with product infrastructure and APIs. Participate in regular standing meetings with cross-functional development teams, representing Product Management and the voice of the customer. Partner with Design to create great user experiences. Conduct business needs assessment, research and analysis and produce Business Cases. Gather and analyze product data and make data driven decisions for product direction. Conduct competitive analysis and be an expert with market opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years experience in product management Experience working on SaaS products with an emphasis on systems integrations and APIs. 3+ years customer facing experience and ability to manage sensitive information Experience working with UX designers to create delightful customer experiences Experience with project management, and agile software development Experience working with the JIRA issue-tracking system Ability to develop use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or other advanced degree. Background in software development and experience with the software development life cycle .
