Role: Oracle Cloud (OTL) SME Consultant Location: 20%-30% travel to Boca Raton, FL (Expenses paid) Duration: 6+ Months Through Q2 2024 (June) Interview: Video/ Phone Start: Immediate Need LinkedIn Profile Job Description: Collaborate with the client to understand business needs and Time & Labor related requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews and gather necessary information for solution design. Design and recommend appropriate solution within the Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor module. Configure the system to meet the defined business processes. Ensure that the implementation follows industry best practices and aligns with the project timeline. Conduct thorough testing of the configured Time & Labor module to identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the system. Collaborate with end-users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and make necessary adjustments based on their feedback. Prepare comprehensive documentation including user guides, process flows, and configuration documents. Resolve functional issues related to Time & Labor processes. Stay updated with Oracle's product releases, patches, and new features, ensuring the system is up-to-date and optimized. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Time & Labor module with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules or third-party systems. Assist in data migration activities.
