Position: Business Analyst (100% Remote) Location: Gettysburg/Wilmington, DE Duration: 6+ months Job Description: Top skills: Exposure to Speaker programs would be nice Backend speaker program as well Day to Day: Manager started 4 months ago so he tried painting picture himself 40-50% requirement gathering- both business and IT stakeholders 40-50% Document and align on tools and Interface with venders The BA will work with the Business users , compliance team and capture the current process and enhance the same to meet the new Business requirements. The BA will have to have a clear understanding of the Speaker Bureau program process with in US and how the end to end process generally works to have a good conversation with the users and capturing the needs of the Business from Oncology Business unit stand point. The current landscape is on Veeva Meetings Front end , View Point platform and speaker Training and On boarding on a separate platform . The events logistics are supported by IQVIA Centris. The plan is to capture how the new platform ( IQVIA Centris ) should meet all the Business requirements and capture / refine on the base line document with reference to the future state. Good documentation skills , Business Process understanding , working collaboratively with Business , IT users in person or in remote. Time management.
