The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Production Planning, coupled with a deep understanding of the unique requirements and processes within the manufacturing and automobile industries. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and enhance SAP PP solutions that align with industry best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; masters degree is a plus. Extensive experience (12+ years) working as an SAP PP Consultant, preferably within the manufacturing and automobile sectors. In-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP PP solutions that align with industry best practices. Strong understanding of manufacturing and automobile industry processes, including production scheduling, capacity planning, material requirements planning, and shop floor execution. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project management experience, including the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively. SAP certifications in relevant modules would be advantageous. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
