Duration: 3-6 months contract to hire Rate: $36.67/hr W2 Interview: Video Only USC Job Title: Business Analyst I Role Duties Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements Documents functional requirements and process flows, and design documents Creates User Stories to align with business needs and define acceptance criteria Participates in UAT Testing Work within an Agile Scrum environment using Azure DevOps and other tools for managing requirements and project work. Consults with Development Leads, Test team and Data Architects to design solutions and speak to the flow of data within the system and how it should be in the database Evaluates/research business problems; Creates wireframes to document solution design Serve as technical resource for the planning and execution of projects; plan and participate in business requirements, including hands-on functional and technical testing of new or modified systems Preferred Skills and Experience Systems Analyst in healthcare related industry Experience working through full product implementation cycle (analysis, design, testing) Experience in Agile work environment Proficiency with MS-Office applications: Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc, required.
