Job Description:

Responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaign strategies that scale across segments and channels to achieve goals such as generate leads, increase engagement, and increase acquisition and retention. Builds automated workflows to deliver personalized and optimized journeys and messaging across digital channels and plays a critical role in leading, defining and establishing this capability at

Job Responsibilities:

Determine how best to utilize digital capabilities to maximize the end-user experience, improve effectiveness, and create efficiencies. b. Lead planning and execution of automated, customer-centric, campaign journeys to drive growth and retention.

Strategize and execute B2B rule-based and event-based marketing communications to retain groups.

Collaborate with subject matter experts across marketing, sales, digital, IT, data governance and member experience to establish and execute capabilities.

Leverage data, audience profiles, best practices, and industry insights to anticipate and react to behaviors to drive measurable results.

Optimize email deliverability and open rates by employing best practices and constantly improving email templates, subject lines, CTAS, and journeys.

Personalize emails using dynamic content to optimize copy and deliver audience-specific, relevant content to maximize open and click-through rates.

Leverage first-party data to build accurate, segmented, target audiences.

Conduct A/B testing, analyze email performance metrics, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize open rates, click- through rates, and conversions.

Develop and use repeatable and scalable processes within our marketing automation platform.

Use Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and other platform metrics to conduct analysis on campaign measurement.

Conduct regular reviews of dashboard results with leadership as needed.

Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, data privacy policies, and best practices by following Wellmark brand guidelines, WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), CAN-SPAM, CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services), ACA (Affordable Care Act), and MCMG (Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines) regulations.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, marketing automation or as role.

Shows proven outcomes of previous campaign efforts aligned to goals.

Demonstrated knowledge of email marketing, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability. Experience crafting, deploying, and maintaining campaigns in CRM management.

Experience with HTML, adaptable emails, email rendering testing and troubleshooting, platforms/marketing automation tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sitecore, or Adobe.

Knowledge of Google Analytics and UTM tracking parameters.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Ability to develop and initiate creative innovations and solutions.

Strong bias for action and data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Extreme attention to detail to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Up to date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and email marketing.

Preferred:

Health care experience.

Experience in various types of campaigns such as performance marketing, promotional marketing email marketing, marketing event registration, lead nurturing, multi-step campaigns, drip campaigns, triggered campaigns, etc.

Experience with creative strategy and messaging communications planning.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage simultaneous projects.

Strong project management skills.

Flourishes with digital innovation and evaluating trends in a changing landscape.
