As a Java Full Stack LEAD Engineer able to complete the assigned user stories in a given sprint. Capable enough to design the modules individually. Should participate in all the Agile ceremonies and capable enough to perform all the sprint level activities. Should own the end to end delivery of the assigned user stories/feature (development to deployment). Should have good communication skills in commuting between offshore and onsite customer stake holders.
