This role will be charged with designing & analyzingresearch to develop a clear and comprehensive view of the member experience.Work will include survey design and programming, establishing and tracking keymetrics over time such as NPS, ease, effort and overall satisfaction to helpthe enterprise identify risks and opportunities for improvement. You will beresponsible for creating dashboards and presentations that deliver insights ata regular cadence to key audiences across the organization. Must Haves / RequiredSkills: Previous work experience in CX (Customer Experience)Research using Qualtrics Exp in consumer experience, VoC (Voice of Customer), SurveyDesign, Analytics Strong knowledge of CX disciplines and metrics includingloyalty, satisfaction, ease.
