This role will capture, research and work with technology and business partners to resolve issues that impact the guest experience. Collect, review and triage customer feedback from all feedback sources, including online feedback, CSAT surveys, Reservations and CAO Collate and create reports for feedback to analyze trends and find most troublesome issues Effectively troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues Collaborate across teams (IT, Reservations, etc.) to identify root cause for technical issues Manage and prioritize maintenance backlog; create tickets and ensure all issues are being resolved Assist in UAT process to validate bug fixes and the testing of new features before they are released Maintain and review dashboard of common errors and work with IT on ways to decrease high volume errors where we can and/or improve the customer experience through relevant messaging Analyze customer user behavior to identify opportunities in improving web experience and conversion Provide status updates and reports to internal customers and leadership teams Thanks and Regards Apoorva Aggarwal Keywords: information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=621932&uid= |
