Expertise in gathering, analyzing & creating Business & System Requirements Documents / User Stories. Excellent verbal & written communication, self-organized and proactive. Understanding of multi-tier J2EE architecture, UML, SAFe. Shipping/Logistic domain knowledge will be a big advantage. Detailed: 6-9 years of experience of working in large IT application environment as a Sr. Business Analyst / Sr. PO / Product Manager. Ability to create and prioritize Road map Involved extensively in Production Research Writing and owning the features for IT teams, while being part of the business team. Will be the feature SME and represent in Business and Technical discussions. Create Production Data relevant to the ART releases Support UAT efforts. Familiarity with Linux, Good handle on SQL Queries Experience in AEM, Notification framework will be a big plus. Knowledge of Shipping/Logistic domain will be a big advantage. Excellent verbal & written communication, behavioural & documentation skills. Excellent Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, interaction with different stakeholders, Business, Operations, technical IT teams, vendors, client senior leadership team, offshore team etc. Ability to identify problem areas and exhibit analytical skills to improve the system by studying the current practices, current systems, and the desired ideal fit. Willing to relocate to Memphis, TN once the offices open post-pandemic.
