They must have prior data migration on an ERP system. That is a must. Job Description: The Data Migration Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing the migration of data from legacy ERP systems to new ERP platform on cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of data migration processes, including data mapping, data transformation, data quality, and data validation. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define data migration requirements, scope, and timeline. Develop data migration plans, including project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead and manage data migration team deliverables to execute data migration plans and ensure the quality of the migration. Design and implement data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate data migration. Develop and execute data quality checks to validate the accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Monitor and report on data migration progress, including identifying and resolving issues and risks. Develop and maintain documentation related to data migration processes, including project plans, data mapping, and data transformation rules. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of data migration processes, including data mapping, data transformation, and data validation for an ERP system (Infor M3 preferred) Proficient in data migration tools, such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, data integration platforms, and data migration software. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage deliverable for a team of data migration specialists. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve data migration issues and risks. Experience with cloud-based data migration solutions is a plus.
