Ability to perform complex SQL queries and use database tools to examine table structures, indexes and other database objects. Experience working with Oracle databases and SQL Good communication and presentation skills. Able to work and thrive in a team environment. Experience in design, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and support to the user for the enabling PeopleSoft HCM applications and related technology. Familiar with the native integration in PeopleSoft HCM solutions. Activities to perform: Provides technical development skills for PeopleSoft HR systems and infrastructure components and integrations with other financial systems. Work closely with QA and innovation teams to troubleshoot issues that arise on test systems Troubleshoot software and configuration errors on PS and platform upgrades and integrations Develop and provide monitoring documentation (Runbooks, Knowledge Articles, SOP) and scripts Strong troubleshooting skills, problem solving and root cause analysis Requirements gathering, analysis, management and implementation.
