Job Description:

~5-7 years overall development experience

3+ years strong experience developing on SFCC

1+ years strong experience working with SFRA

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

Participate in our agile process to resolve defects, build new features, etc.

Production support - troubleshoot both customer facing issues and back-end issues e.g. jobs failing, services down, etc.

Business support - assist with Business Manager needs. Must be knowledgeable with:

Product setup, categorization

Campaigns/Promotions/Coupons/Customer Groups

Troubleshooting orders, customers, jobs, services
