Job Titile : QA Tester Location -Remote Mandatory Areas Must Have Skills Manual QA Tester with ICEDQ Skill 1 8 Yrs of Exp Manual QA Tester with ICEDQ Skill 2 5 Yrs of Exp Healthcare Skill 3 8 Yrs of Exp Agile development methodologies Skill 4 5 Yrs of Exp -SQL Glob Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results Evaluate product code according to specifications Create logs to document testing phases and defects Report bugs and errors to development teams Help troubleshoot issues Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Requirements 1. Test software application as defined by the test plan, to validate adherence to requirements specifications 2. Develop and maintain test cases to test the accuracy and stability of software applications 3. Prepare test case documents based on documented requirements and consultation interviews with project team and/or client 4. Validate the application and replicate defects so that any errors can be identified and corrected 5. Expertise in performing test execution, defect detection and test results reporting 6. Analyze defects against the software being developed to understand patterns and establish insight for developer team 7. Documents test results as per the standards 8. Coordinate testing requirements with developers and rest of the project team 9. Good comprehension of Functional requirements 10. Provide testing related metrics 11. Review and provide feedback on test cases created by other team members 12. Experience in Agile development methodologies 13. Good Oral & Written communication skills 14. Good Analytical & problem solving skills 15.
