Collaborate with cross functional team members to ensure end-to-end tracking of deliverables. Bring clarity and focus to key project activities through critical path analysis based on fully integrated cross-functional project plan development. Leverage expertise in project management tools and techniques, support the generation of project plans and provide insights based on customized project analysis and scenarios. Facilitate discussions among workstreams to identify alternatives & align on execution decision Maintenance of the integrated end-to-end plan consisting of 20+ projects. Generate custom visuals and analytics detailing critical path, key handoffs/transitions & high-level summary schedule. Qualifications A minimum of a bachelors degree is required, an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of program and project management experience in a Quality, Supply Chain, Product Development, or R&D environment is required. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical Quality functions is preferred Professional project management certification (i.e., PMP, CPM, etc.) is preferred. Demonstrated expertise in MS Project is required. Working knowledge of Primavera is preferred. Proficiency with technology enabling tools including Visio, Excel required. Experience working in a global matrix organization is preferred.
