Software quality includes looking at complete and end-to-end system configuration and development including impact of data integration, data migrations, and system interoperability on user business processes and workflows. The scope of the work as it relates to the major workstream of the project is visualized below. You will need to assess the current quality assurance plan and processes and develop a new plan that will supersede and integrate existing test processing using the Azure DevOps environment. This process will be subject to formal change management as defined by the projects change management plan to ensure proper SQA baselines. Additionally, LCB software quality assurance testers, 3 full-time employee and 3 contracted software testers, will be utilized as testing resources throughout to ensure understanding and knowledge transfer during all phases of SQA(Software Quality Assurance ) work.
