Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst cum Data Analyst with expertise in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems, specifically in the Endur platform, and a strong background in Credit Risk. This role will primarily focus on analyzing business requirements, identifying data trends, and providing insights to drive informed decision-making within the Credit Risk domain. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements related to Credit Risk in the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) space, with a specific focus on the Endur platform. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, traders, risk managers, and IT teams to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements. Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies related to Credit Risk. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and accuracy for Credit Risk analysis. Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and documentation for Credit Risk data. Design and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate Credit Risk insights to key stakeholders. Conduct impact analysis of proposed changes to the ETRM system and Credit Risk processes. Provide support and assistance during system implementations, upgrades, and testing phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues or discrepancies. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ETRM systems, Credit Risk, and data analysis techniques. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in the ETRM domain, specifically with the Endur platform. Strong understanding of Credit Risk concepts, methodologies, and regulations in the energy trading industry. Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau). Experience with data modeling, data integration, and data quality management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. Knowledge of other ETRM systems and modules (e.g., Commodity XL, Allegro) is advantageous.
