Title/Role: Senior .NET Technical Lead (720463) Location- Dauphin County, PA-Remote Duration: Long-Term contract This is remote for now, but the candidate should report On-site on day 1 to pick up the laptop and should be available to work On-site whenever required. All positions will have a 37.5-hour work week. The CEDC is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Technical Lead to enhance, maintain, and support CEDC applications. This resource should have a strong Microsoft .NET development background with extensive experience using Visual Studio 2022, C#, ASP.NET , .Net 6, Blazor and Microsoft SQL server experience required. The position requires the ability to design and build new web-based applications that adhere to the Conservation and Environment Delivery Center coding standards. Must have: 10 + years of hands-on software development experience. 5+ years of experience in leading teams at a technical level. Hands-on .NET Core+ experience. 8+ years experience in doing so is preferred. Hands on experience with Blazor and its related technologies. At least a year experience in building frontend using Blazor is preferred. Experience in creating SSRS Reports and SSIS packages. Experience in trouble-shooting legacy applications in ASP.NET WebForms, JavaScript and jQuery. Hands-on experience in leveraging Azure DevOps at a matured level for development activities. Knowledge and experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines in Azure DevOps, using PowerShell scripts. Hands-on experience with Git. Clear understanding and experience with unit testing. Experience in directly working and interacting with the business users, gathering business requirements, and converting them to technical specifications. Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. Excellent technical documentation skills, leveraging Visio. Nice to have: Experience with .NET 6 and/or .NET 7. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Development of Information Technology solutions Required 10 Years Experience in leading teams at a technical level Required 5 Years ASP.NET CORE Required 8 Years Blazor (at least a year experience in building frontend ) Required 1 Years Web APIs Required 5 Years Hands-on experience in integrating with 3rd party services, especially payment processing. Required Entity Framework and LINQ Required SQL Server Required Proven UI Design experience (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery) Required Experience in creating SSRS Reports and SSIS packages. Required Azure DevOps Required Experience in troubleshooting legacy applications in ASP.NET Web Forms, JavaScript and jQuery. Required Hands-on experience with Git.
