Position: Senior Scrum Master (100% remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 + Months VISA- USC & GC Job Description: 7+ years experience working as a Scrum Master Experienced working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, specifically in a DevOps environment Knowledge and experience of one or more scaling frameworks and methods to facilitate dependencies and risks management effectively and ensure effective value delivery (e.g. Spotify, SAFe, LeSS etc.) Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification Highly effective communicator and collaborator Change management experience, working with complex enterprises Collaborative with other scrum teams to outline dependencies Experience going through program increment planning; understanding of data meshes and data fabrics Basic understanding of AI and data & analytics Experienced meeting fast paced organizational goals; change management If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
