Candidate should have completed CSSA certification atleast 2 years ago, and worked. 8 years of overall IT experience. 5+ years experience working with Pegasystems technologies. Design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software systems. Perform frequent code reviews and ensuring quality of the overall delivery. Work in an agile development environment and ensures process/policy compliance as per organizations guidelines. Experience in Pega PRPC, and Pega Case Management. Experience with connectors and Services, especially SOAP web services and RESTful web services, and security, exception handling. Experience in product rules creation and migration, agents, and dynamic system settings. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. J2EE/Java development experience Optional skills: Pega LSA (Certified Lead Systems Architect) Level 1 or 2 Certification.
