As an L1 Avaya Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and clients on Avaya telecommunications equipment and systems. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and resolving technical issues related to Avaya systems, both hardware, and software. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Avaya systems and equipment, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Monitor and maintain Avaya systems, including servers, gateways, switches, and other hardware components Respond to end-user requests for technical support and resolve issues related to Avaya systems Perform regular maintenance activities on Avaya systems, including updates, patches, and backups Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Avaya systems and equipment Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure high-quality service delivery Maintain documentation related to Avaya systems, including system configurations, procedures, and policies Qualified candidates would have the following: At least 2 years of experience in technical support or related field Strong knowledge of Avaya telecommunications equipment and systems Familiarity with Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, and other Avaya applications Familiarity with Prologix and Affinity a plus.
