The focus of this position is to work closely with the Oil & Gas Division of ODNR to gain in-depth understanding of their business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the division operates. This role will be key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address the divisions challenges. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. This candidate should be able to handle multiple projects and one time and be adept at multi-tasking. This Business Analyst position will ensure what is delivered in Salesforce (or any other technology supporting the Oil & Gas Division) meets the Chiefs expectations. The candidate in this position needs to be an excellent communicator and speak fluent Business and IT and be able to gather requirements from the business then convey to the developers what is being asked before it gets created. This is a critical position for the success of the project team.
