Experience assessing organizational readiness for change and developing tailored change management plans and roadmaps for business transformation. Experience working with the knowledge management team to develop training programs and content supporting the transformation. Proficient in creating and delivering effective change communication plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged throughout the transformation. Skilled in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges that may arise during the transformation process. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage resistance to change effectively. Ability to coach and mentor leaders and guide teams on agile assessment practices and principles. Agile Transformation Experience: Strong understanding of agile principles and lean methodologies. Experience successfully implementing agile transformations for organizations of similar domain, size, and complexity.
