Role: SAP BTP HANA & BTP Workflow/UI5 developers for support Dev team Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX JD Technical/Functional Skills The Production Support application Development team member will participate in design, build, and test of SAP ABAP, Java, iOS, BTP and Portal for SAP enterprise systems. They will work closely with other developers and Functional Team members to support Production Support environment and provide rapid defect resolution. Scope of work: Work on assigned Production Support issues and deliver resolution on time. Deliver quality work in compliance with Apple development standards Provide support to other teams including basis, change management, KT, archiving, security, etc. Must ship high quality, perform rigorous unit testing and work closely with functional counterparts. Create and update technical design documentation for Production fixes. Support functional team test efforts Work with the Functional team to resolve testing errors Participate in cutover activities Participate in post-production support activities Work assigned trouble tickets, performing root cause analysis Work with Functional Team to review/correct issue Confirm resolution in test environment Need to carry Pager as required Provide status report to leads on important Production issues handled during the week Responsibilities The Production Support application Development team member will participate in design, build, and test of SAP ABAP, Java, iOS, BTP and Portal for SAP enterprisesystems.
