MOI: 2 Video Required Skills: Salesforce testing experience. Salesforce platform capabilities: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and customizations. Designing and executing test cases for Salesforce applications, both manually and through automation. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Salesforce Test Engineer or similar role, with a focus on testing Salesforce applications and integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and customizations. Proficiency in designing and executing test cases for Salesforce applications, both manually and through automation. Familiarity with test automation tools, scripting languages, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Apex Test, TestNG) is a plus. Experience with Salesforce testing tools and accelerators (e.g., Salesforce DX, Metadata API) is beneficial. Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and isolate defects effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple testing tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Additional Information: Salesforce certifications related to testing (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are advantageous. Knowledge of Salesforce Sandboxes, change management processes, and version control systems. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices can be beneficial.
