Position: Level 2 Technical Support Professional (ONSITE) Location: Plano, TX Duration: 6 months NOTE: The client is looking for local candidates only. The role will be onsite in Plano, TX with travel throughout the U.S. as needed Job Description: Level 2 Tech Support Job consists of the operation and administration of SAP EAM tools as part of each Site implementation. Tasks include providing Level 2 support for site users, recognizing issues and driving strategic improvements, and promoting adoption of these tools to allow our employees to do their best work. Provision and deploy iPads. Support iOS iPad Mobile Apps, Apple Mobile Device Management Coordinate and support Wired and Wireless Printer installations and setup to print with SAP Troubleshoot devices and applications with MDM platforms Coordinate and Assist in troubleshooting devices and applications with SAP Cloud Platforms Coordinate and Install chatbot software on factory floor systems (Training will be provided) Work and assist in the adoption and support of an enterprise-level air-watch teams Coordinate and Assist in troubleshooting network issues with the mobile devices 50-75% Travel Flexible to work during weekends and/or night shifts Qualifications/Experience: Degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or equivalent 3 to 5 years of work-related experience providing IT support Solid analytical / Troubleshooting skills Knowledge/Experience with Microsoft products including Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Knowledge/Experience with Apple mobile hardware and technologies, including software (iOS) Strong background in mobile device support and software/systems engineering. Knowledge of Apple Device Management/Understanding of Apple's MDM framework. Knowledge of mobile security and encryption technologies Working knowledge/Good understanding of wireless networking Routers, access points etc. Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in a service operations environment If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
