He/she will work closely with Business Users/Analysts, understand the requirements to build new interfaces or enhance existing and deploy analytical solutions intended to solve defined business use cases. Position requires an individual that is self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision. Essential Functions: - Key Roles & Responsibilities: Design, build and operate systems and solutions efficiently with an eye to automating and simplifying complex processes. Critical concepts and tools include: Strong technical skills working with Eagle Star, Eagle Pace platforms (version 15 or higher) using modules: Eagle Message Center IWS PACE Uploader & Exporters Eagle STAR Panels PL/SQL (Oracle and MS SQL Server) Expertise Familiarity with Database architecture Keen attention to detail Familiarity with data quality control tools and processes Strong communication skills Familiarity with Agile software development, Scrum, and user stories Knowledge on using repository tools Gitlab or MFS Work closely with Business Users/Analysts: Gather requirements and analyze solution options Develop solutions and define and execute test plans Define and implement operational procedures Adhering to SDLC standards Providing 1st and 2nd level production support. Assisting with preparing estimates for design, coding, and testing Performing incident management and triage Job Qualifications: Proven working experience as Eagle Developer (Versions 15 or above) at a minimum of 3-5 years and having 10+ years of domain experience in the financial services industry. BA/BS Degree required with a major/minor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management or Statistics preferred experience working in Asset Management or related financial services company.
