Travel to Phoenix as needed. CLIENT: Vya VISA- NO H1B Must have: Workday Advanced Compensation SME (~5+ recent years of experience) Expertise in the functional area of Workday recruiting, including understanding of related terminology. Experience in 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Workday HCM, with a core focus on Recruiting. Must have deployed the Workday recruiting module in at least 2-3 different industries. Experience in Retail & Hospitality is a plus. Experience attending all requirements gathering meetings, assisting with product design, participating in end-to-end testing, and assisting with pre-production activities. QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ANSWERED BY CANDIDATE: How many projects of this nature have you been involved with and in what roles Did you contribute to the design of the module If so, in what capacity How would you describe your understanding of the entire recruiting process Have you led a recruiting deployment If so, who managed it JOB DESCRIPTION: This role involves working for VYAs client, Salad & Go, referred to here as the 'customer'. The candidate will serve as the customer-side Business Analyst, collaborating closely with the customer's deployment partner, Topbloc. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure that all customer requirements are comprehensively vetted and correctly configured in the system. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the Customer team and other partners. Educate the customer on Workday's Recruiting Business Processes. Capture the customer's business requirements and communicate these to the deployment partner. Advise the customer on the Workday application, ensuring they don't make uninformed decisions. Participate in all testing and pre-production activities. Oversee the cut-over process, which involves transitioning from the old app to Workday. Validate devices, logs, methodology, and approach during the deployment. Play an advisory role during the deployment of the automated compensation calculation function in Workday. Note: This role is advisory in nature. The candidate will not be responsible for configuring the application but will be deeply involved in the entire deployment process. The Requirements: Workday Advanced Compensation SME (~5+ recent years of experience) Expertise in the functional area of Workday recruiting, including understanding of related terminology. Experience in 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Workday HCM, with a core focus on Recruiting. Must have deployed the Workday recruiting module in at least 2-3 different industries. Experience in Retail & Hospitality is a plus. Additionally Desired: A recruiter with hands-on experience using the Workday application is #UNICORN Workday Recruiting certification. Personality Profile: The ideal candidate should be extroverted, empathetic, and persuasive. They should possess strong knowledge in the domain, be flexible, and offer multiple solutions when needed. Fluency in English is essential, and while accents are not a major concern, the candidate should maintain a professional demeanor. Initiative and proactive engagement are also crucial.
