Work with Business users and analysts to understand the business requirements and process them into appropriate solutions. Provide training, technical guidance, and consultation to less senior staff. Skills Provide SAS automation of existing Excel based manual processes. Utilize SAS, SAS/Macros and SAS/ODS to calculate income statement forecasts and providing various output formats like Excel or CSV. Ability to connect SAS with an Oracle Data Mart using SAS/SQL, SAS/Assist, SAS/Connect, SAS/Access, and SAS ETL. Ability to wrap SAS programs in Python to provide UNIX command line access. Strong understanding of numerical and statistical techniques. 4+ years of experience with SAS and Python in a UNIX/SASGrid Environment. Familiarity with Software Engineering techniques and Object Oriented languages (e.g. Java). AWS experience a plus. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics or other quantitative discipline preferred.
