The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our enterprise-level storage infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability of both VMAX and NetApp systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the organization's storage needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain EMC VMAX and NetApp storage arrays to meet business requirements. Perform routine monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning for both VMAX and NetApp systems. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to assess storage needs and provide scalable solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues, including hardware and software problems for both VMAX and NetApp environments. Implement data replication, backup, and disaster recovery strategies using EMC VMAX and NetApp technologies. Manage storage capacity planning and expansion projects for both storage solutions. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards for both VMAX and NetApp environments. Stay up-to-date with emerging storage technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in designing and managing both EMC VMAX and NetApp storage solutions. Strong knowledge of SAN and NAS protocols for both storage systems. Proficiency in storage management tools and technologies for both VMAX and NetApp. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across both environments. Solid understanding of data replication, backup, and disaster recovery concepts for both VMAX and NetApp. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus. Industry certifications for both VMAX (e.g., EMC Storage Administrator) and NetApp (e.g., NCDA, NCIE) are preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
