Developing and maintaining CRM entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 development tools. Customizing CRM features and functionalities to meet specific business needs and requirements. Integrating CRM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support platforms. Conducting data migration and data integration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CRM solutions, including debugging, performance tuning, and error handling. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and system administrators, to ensure successful solution delivery. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and architecture.
