Able to provide and receive some mentoring aspect. Within ecosystem, there is also some typescript/react.js- not a lot though. Focus is really on backend and middle layer tear. Postgres, .net core, aws, and building design patterns, patterns of architecture. At least understand when theyre there, see them, etc and have those discussions and participate in them. Not lead in design and building those things but building as part of a team. applying templates in play and extending those in the .net core universe. For AWS- limited- lambdas, maybe some ECS based services. No Kubernetes. Focusing on SNS, SQS, etc. Primarily new development. Greenfield or at least extending or building within a particular role. Within the team, investment risk is broken down to different teams and will be working on a specific risk area. Could be counterparty but might also be regulatory. But itll be one of those pods. 3-week sprints, backlog grooming, scrum ceremonies. More structured. Get a bit more hands-on mentorship from the team. learning on a daily basis. 80% backend. Rockstar would be someone with 80% but also had react.js, typescript, RUI in its infancy. Have structure and components, maybe starting to build out bits and pieces in that grid. Understanding react.js components would be useful but its 20% tops in universe of architecture. Experience- around 5 give or take. Interview process- Initial screen, then the tech screen, architecture screen, and then a final corporate culture fit type of interview for a 4th. There will be a tech exercise. Pair coding exercise, writing code, a few problems to solve. Architecture round- describe type of architecture theyve worked with in the past or what theyre doing currently.
