Field Service experience is a big plus. Travel requirements: must be able to travel up to one week out of the month there will be some months where no travel is needed and they can be remote Just depends on training schedule. Fully expansible Notes from Call: They are currently going through a new pilot with their contractors and for the distribution operation crew. They are going to be doing check in and check outs.. so they know who is onsite / what skills they have / GPS tracking so they can get the right work to the right people at the right time They are hoping this will help them be more productive but there is some current pushback so they need to bring someone in that is heavy OCM / great communication skills / training skills / salesforce fieldservice is highly desired. Once they finish development they are training people / getting people to accept and reinforce the change.. hoping their people get value from this.
