From: Akash Sharma, Tek Inspirations akash.s@tekinspirations.com Reply to: akash.s@tekinspirations.com Title: Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer Location : Full Remote Duration: 12 months Interview Process: 2 rounds, one with the CTO get to know you/culture fit, second with the team leads technical round Must have excellent communication skills Key Skills Needed: - At least 3 years of professional experience as a full stack developer using ruby on rails- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases- Experience with Git or other version control systems- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON- Experience with testing tools such as RSpec or Minitest- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Heroku- A good understanding of web development best practices and security principles- A strong problem-solving and debugging skills- A good communication and collaboration skills Job Description: You will be responsible for taking this project from mockup to production. It will be based on an existing portal that we built several years ago (screenshots attached). The new portal will be similar to the old one but with more features and more customization.
