Collaborate with business analysts, SAP consultants, and other stakeholders to gather and document requirements for compensation processes. Design and implement custom solutions to meet specific business requirements related to incentive compensation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs within the SAP ICM system. Optimize performance and scalability of Java-based applications within the SAP ICM environment. Develop and maintain documentation for customizations, code, and configurations. Collaborate with the SAP team to integrate Java-based solutions with other SAP modules and external systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ICM developments and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer with expertise in SAP Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). Strong proficiency in Java programming and development. Knowledge of SAP ICM configuration, customization, and integration. Experience with SAP ABAP programming is a plus. Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP Fiori is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
