Take initiative to develop and implement tools and processes that improve cost, scale, and profitability. Help to analyze, create, manage, and achieve annual financial and operational targets, in alignment with corporate objectives and direction. Work directly with customer and internal customer account team including sales executive, and others to develop, manage, and execute programs Establish and ongoing upkeep of the program road map from pilot to full enterprise roll out Oversee ongoing reviews and assessments of the program health including project status reviews at a regular cadence; proactively and aggressively manage program risks and implement effective mitigation plan; assist program coordinators in removing roadblocks Set standards and processes for the team and ensure all constituent projects adherence Develop and maintain long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison. Job Requirements/Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience in Installation Operations Management. Bachelors degree or relevant experience. Demonstrated success in managing a diverse and remote team and tracking performance. Knowledge of business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution principles and processes, including installation and maintenance, planning, resource allocation, staffing, and leadership techniques. Commercial Project Management experience with strong knowledge of project management tools and best practices. Technical proficiency within the sustainability and energy efficiency sector. Proven track record of setting and owning team deliverables, scaling organizations, driving accountability, and measuring results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization. Strong presentation skills and quantitative analysis. Able to travel up to approximately 10%. Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up and amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
