JOB Description:

       Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Utility Customer Service processes

       Move-in/out and transfer

       Address Management

       Business Master Data o Interaction Center embedded in S/4

       User experience - FIORI

       Customer Inquiries and Interactions o Customer Requests

       Field Work Requests

       Exception Management and reporting Configuring SAP S/4 ISU embedded Interaction Center Business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Customer Self Service offerings and integration to SAP S/4 Customer Service (CS & CRM) and the Icweb , transaction launcher , CRM Middleware.
