The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on Kanban, Agile methodologies, Workday, and financial/accounting processes. Additionally, knowledge of DevOps practices will be a valuable asset for this role. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Utilize Kanban and Agile principles to support project planning and execution. Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday and financial/accounting processes. Conduct user interviews and workshops to elicit and document detailed requirements. Create clear and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives. Participate in the development of DevOps practices to enhance project delivery and automation. Assist in testing efforts, including test case creation and validation. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst in an Agile/Kanban environment. Strong understanding of Workday and financial/accounting processes. Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
