Requirements: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Programming / systems analysis experience (2+ years); Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions; Experience aligning these solutions with business and IT strategies and complying with the organizations architectural standards; Experience in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget; Experience making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code; Experience participating in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations; Experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies; Experience using modern development technologies like .Net, Java, Oracle, and SQL Server (preferred); Experience in data integration and/or interface communication between systems (preferred); Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or 5 years equivalent work experience.
