Associates will be working in a scrum team, should have knowledge & experience of agile/scrum/safe culture, associate would need to deal with clients therefore, good communication is essential. 2. Selected candidates will be responsible for developing full application & be able to test & deploy the code. 3. Should have good knowledge on CI/CD pipeline, should be able to help & guide other team members. 4. Provides technical leadership to team members, Develops or assists in the development of technical strategy. 5. Assists in the design of the systems and application programs, Functions as Senior member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices tools, common components, and documentation, mentors engineers, identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies. - Good knowledge and experience of IBM mainframe environments including Z/OS (MVS), SysPlex, CICS, DB2, JES, UNIX System Services (USS), and XLR. - Experience in Source Code management (SCM) products like ISPW/changeman/Endevour. - Knowledge in ISPW is added advantage. - Ability to deliver in short tenures, determine priorities, and execute accordingly. - Experience in Jenkins, Sonarqube and Python is added advantage. - Hands-on experience of IBM Z/OS COBOL, JCL, Rex and DB2. - Experience with mainframe batch processing including JCL and job scheduling (Control-M). - Experience with Ensuring software applications meet all performance and security requirements Experience: 10-15 yrs. Top 3 Must Haves: 1. VSAM 2. Cobol 3.
