Strong experience in coordinating with multiple stake holders like business testers, development team members, 3rd party/external vendor stakeholders, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong experience in planning and managing the activities of a test plan. Strong Workday understanding especially BPs, Datasets, calc fields, integration types, HSPII, etc. Good to have skills Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance Experience with a test automation tool Experience in Integrations Exposure to Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and other tools used as Integration middleware Key Responsibilities Responsible for creating the testing plan and facilitating the gathering of testing scenarios / use cases. Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary. Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns. Ensures entry and exit criteria are met for each testing phase/cycle.
